1. General Refund Rules
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
- Order ID along with photo/video proof is required.
- Refunds will not be provided for customer misuse, damage, or delayed claims.
2. Product Refund Eligibility
- Products are eligible for refund or replacement only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The issue must be reported within 30 minutes to 24 hours of delivery depending on the product condition.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with seal intact (where applicable).
- Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for refund.
- Custom or specially prepared products are non-refundable.
3.Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
4. Refund Process

- Provide Order ID and photo/video proof.
- Requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 working days.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect the product during delivery. Report damaged or missing items within 2 hours with proof for refund or replacement.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Used or opened products.
- Products without original packaging or seal.
- Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling.
- Delay in reporting beyond the allowed time.
