1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our website/app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• For age-restricted items, valid ID may be required at delivery.
• Delivery is available only within serviceable PIN codes displayed at checkout.

3. Products and Availability

• We sell groceries, paints, hardware, prepared food, cosmetics/makeup, and home services.
• Product images are for reference. Actual packaging, shade, or color may vary.
• All items are subject to availability. Out-of-stock items may be refunded or replaced with consent.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and COD where offered.
• You will be charged the price shown at checkout.

5. Orders and Delivery

• Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or stock issues.
• You must provide accurate delivery address and phone number.
• For food, please consume within 2 hours of delivery.
• For paints, inspect leakage/damage at delivery. Later claims may not be accepted.
• For cosmetics/groceries, check seals and expiry at delivery.

6. Home Services: Electrical and Plumbing

We connect customers with verified independent technicians.

• Electrician: Wiring, switch board, fan, geyser, MCB, inverter.
• Plumber: Tap/leakage, pipe fitting, bathroom fitting, motor.
• Service charge depends on work. Spare parts are charged extra.
• Payment may be made via UPI, card, or cash after service. GST may apply.
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before work starts.
• If technician arrives and customer cancels, visit charge may be deducted.
• If technician is 30+ minutes late, free cancellation and visit charge refund may apply.
• Technician may refuse illegal work such as electricity theft.

7. User Responsibilities

• Do not place fraudulent orders.
• Do not misuse COD or repeatedly refuse deliveries.
• Do not resell paint or food products from our platform as an unauthorized dealer.

8. Liability

• We are not the manufacturer of products sold by brands or sellers.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions from food/cosmetics. Please check ingredients.
• Maximum liability is limited to the specific order value.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, images, and descriptions belong to Azam Mart or respective partners. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Patna, Bihar.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
